摘要
基于对“微时代”信息传播多极化、碎片化、高效化给研究生学风建设在客观环境、线下活动、主体价值观方面带来的挑战及其在学风建设方面所具有的形式多元化、互动智慧化的优势的分析,提出从微观念、微平台、微服务、微团队、微档案、微生态路径树立科学道德、激发学习热情、优化信息供给、发挥导师引领作用、建立网络诚信档案、加强规章制度建设,以完善研究生学风建设长效机制,实现研究生教育的高质量发展。
Based on the analysis of the challenges brought by the multi-polarization,fragmentation and efficiency of information dissemination in the“micro era”to the construction of graduate students'academic style in terms of objective environment,offline activities and main values,as well as the advantages of diverse forms and interactive intelligence in the construction of academic style,this paper puts forward several strategies such as establishing scientific ethics,stimulating learning enthusiasm,optimizing information supply,giving full play to the leading role of tutors,establishing network integrity archives and strengthening the construction of rules and regulations from the path of micro-concepts,micro-platforms,micro-services,micro-teams,micro-archives and micro-ecology to improve the long-term development mechanism for the construction of graduate students’academic style and achieve the high-quality advancement of graduate education.
