新质生产力生力军培养探析——基于研究生创新创业教育视角

Exploration into cultivating the driving force of new quality productive forces:Based on the perspective of graduate innovation and entrepreneurship education

高校作为人才培养的前沿阵地,其培养的研究生理应成为新质生产力生力军。基于研究生创新创业教育视角,提出高校在培养新质生产力生力军方面还存在一些不足,需从强化思想引领、革新课程设置、加强教师队伍建设、深化产学研合作、注重人文素养和国际视野等五个方面全面优化研究生创新创业教育体系,以培养出符合新时代要求的高素质创新人才。

As the main battlefield for talent cultivation,universities should cultivate graduate as the driving force for new quality productive forces.From the perspective of graduate innovation and entrepreneurship education,there are still some shortcomings in cultivating the driving force of new quality productive forces in universities.It is necessary to comprehensively optimize the graduate innovation and entrepreneurship education system from the following five aspects:strengthening ideological guidance,innovating curriculum design,enhancing teacher team construction,deepening industry university research cooperation,and emphasizing humanistic literacy and international perspective,in order to cultivate high-quality innovative talents that meet the requirements of the new era.
