新时代背景下思想政治教育与创新创业教育协同发展研究

Study on the collaborative development of ideological and political education and innovation and entrepreneurship education in the new era

思想政治教育与创新创业教育是新时代高素质创新创业人才培养的有效途径。基于思想政治教育与创新创业教育在教育目标上相互契合、内容上相辅相成、方法上相互补充,其协同发展切实可行的分析结果,针对其协同发展所面临的挑战,提出加强课程内容整合、优化师资结构、拓展实践教学平台、完善评价体系、加强校园文化建设等建议,以推动思想政治教育与创新创业教育协同发展,为新时代的发展培养更多品学兼优的人才。

Ideological and political education and innovation and entrepreneurship education are effective ways to cultivate high-quality innovative and entrepreneurial talents in the new era.Based on the analysis that ideological and political education and innovation and entrepreneurship education are mutually aligned in educational goals,complementary in contents,and mutually reinforcing in methods,their collaborative development is indeed feasible.To address the challenges in achieving collaborative development,this paper proposes several recommendations such as strengthening the integration of curriculum content,refining the structure of teaching staff,expanding practical teaching platforms,improving the evaluation system,and enhancing the construction of campus culture,with the aim to promote the collaborative development of ideological and political education and innovation and entrepreneurship education,and to cultivate more talents with excellent moral and academic qualities for the development of the new era.
