摘要
针对传统大学教育中以理论学习为主,学生的能力培养虽然日益受到重视,但是依然存在实施手段单一、成效不明显的问题,为进一步激发新时代地质类专业大学生的专业和科研兴趣,培养创新实践能力,以资源勘查工程专业学生为对象,通过课堂教学内容和方式的建设、开放性实验、科研助理等多渠道进行了综合探索,以期建立一套行之有效、覆盖面广且有人才培养层次的培养模式。特别是在课堂教学方面的改革和科研助理的培养方式改革方面有比较深入的思考和探索。
In order to arouse the interest of geology major students in the new era in scientific research and develop their innovation and practice ability,this paper takes resource exploration engineering major students as the object of comprehensive exploration through the construction of classroom teaching content and methods,open experiment,scientific research assistant and other channels,in order to establish a set of effective training mode with wide coverage and talent training level.Especially we have got some ideas and exploration in the classroom teaching reform and research assistant training mode reform.
