基于OBE的“系统工程原理及应用”课程教学改革及实践

摘要 伴随我国民用航空产业的快速发展,针对当前航空器适航领域对系统工程专业人才的迫切需求,从行业出发,分析“系统工程原理及应用”课程教学目标,明确当前课程存在的问题,开展改革探索与实践,增加思政元素,面向新技术发展调整教学内容,结合国产大飞机适航形成多点案例教学,优化混合教学方式,使学生能够形成系统化思维,掌握相关的理论与方法,实现与大飞机研制的深度融合,紧跟技术前沿发展,拓宽学术视野。最后,通过对学生学业进程跟踪调研,表明相关改革探索为学术研究奠定良好的基础,可以有效支撑对我国急需的高素质高层级适航技术人才的培养。 With the rapid development of China’s civil aviation industry,in view of the urgent demand for system engineering professionals in the current aircraft airworthiness field,this paper analyzes the teaching objectives of the course System Engineering Theories and Application from the perspective of the industry,clarifies the problems existing in the current course,carries out reform and practice,increases ideological and political elements,adjusts the teaching content for the development of new technology,and forms multi-point case teaching in combination with the airworthiness of domestic large aircraft,optimizes the mixed teaching mode,so that students can establish systematic thinking,profoundly master relevant theories and methods,realize deep integration with large aircraft development,keep up with the development of technology,and expand academic horizons.Finally,through the follow-up investigation of the students and their subsequent research work performance,the effect evaluation proves that the relevant reform and exploration have laid a good foundation for students to research the airworthiness problems,and can effectively support the training of high-quality high-level airworthiness technical personnel urgently needed in China.
