摘要
针对工科研究生培养中存在的课程教学和科研实践脱节、教学内容和方法与科研能力存在差距,以及科研实践创新能力不足等问题,以控制科学与工程专业研究生为例,开展基于科教融合的工科研究生科研能力培养。研究生科研能力培养包括课程改革和项目驱动科研实践,其中课程改革包括总结案例分析、融入科研方法和技能课程教学以及课程考核方式;项目驱动科研实践包括科研兴趣和技能培养、研究生和导师科研项目协作以及科研学术交流。
In view of the disconnection between course teaching and scientific research practice,the gap between teaching content and methods and scientific research ability,and the lack of innovative ability in scientific research practice in the training of engineering graduate students,taking control science and engineering graduate students as an example,the cultivation of scientific research ability for engineering graduate students based on the integration of science and education is carried out.The cultivation of graduate students’scientific research ability includes curriculum reform and project-driven scientific research practice,in which the curriculum reform summarizes case analysis,integration of scientific research methods and skills course teaching,and course assessment methods;project-driven scientific research practice includes scientific research interest and skill training,graduate students and tutor scientific research projects collaboration and scientific research,and academic exchanges.
