摘要
面向“工程摩擦学概论”本科生课程,结合课程内容和体系设置,深入挖掘摩擦学专业课程中的育人基因和思政元素。使学生了解舰船动力装置典型摩擦副显著研究成果和技术短板的同时,树立家国情怀和勇于担当的责任感;熟悉不同因素作用下摩擦副界面摩擦学问题的同时,培养精雕细琢和精工细作的工匠精神;学习典型摩擦学数值求解方法的同时,形成多元融合和团队协作的意识;掌握典型摩擦学工程案例计算能力的同时,端正规范严谨和科学求真的态度;使用典型摩擦磨损试验设备的同时,提高理论联系实际的实际动手能力。为新时代培养专业能力强、政治素质高的高水平摩擦学课程教师队伍,以及润物无声地培育摩擦学人才提供理论指导。
This paper takes Engineering Tribology Introduction Course for undergraduate students as an example,and based on course contents and system design,the education gene and ideological and political elements in tribology course is dug deeply.The students are cultivated to understand the significant research results and technical shortcomings of typical friction pairs of ship power plant,and at the same time,establish the feelings of home and country and the sense of responsibility;Be familiar with the tribological problems of the interface of friction pairs under the action of different factors,and develop the craftsman spirit.While learning the typical numerical solution methods of tribology,the students’consciousness of multivariate integration and team cooperation is formed.While the students master the computational ability of typical tribology engineering cases,they correct the attitude of strict specification and scientific truth seeking.With the use of typical friction and wear test equipment,they improve the practical ability of combining theory with practice.It provides theoretical guidance for cultivating high-level tribology teachers with excellent professional ability and strong political quality in the new era,as well as tribology talents.
