Excavation and Integration Methods of Ideological and Political Elements in Management Courses

“管理学”是管理类专业的学科基础课程,目前在课程思政建设中面临着在理论和实践方面进行深化和创新的需求。从如何结合课程培养目标及课程特点挖掘思政元素、如何将思政元素有效融入课程教学两个方面深入探讨课程思政建设。首先分析了“管理学”课程的思政特点,在此基础上从内容层次、专业内容、表现形态三方面对思政元素进行挖掘,最后探讨如何以显性教育和隐性教育相结合的方式将思政内容自然融入专业教学过程。

Management is a basic subject course for management majors.At present,there is a need to deepen and innovate in theory and practice of curriculum ideology and politics construction.This paper probes into the construction of ideological and political elements from two aspects:how to excavate the ideological and political elements in combination with curriculum training objectives and characteristics,and how to integrate them into curriculum teaching effectively.The paper first analyzes the ideological and political characteristics of the management course,and then explores the ideological and political elements from three aspects:content level,professional content and expression form.Finally,it discusses how to integrate the ideological and political content of the curriculum into the professional teaching process naturally by the combination of explicit education and implicit education.
