能源与动力工程专业本科毕业设计革新思路与实践探索

摘要 该文立足于新工科建设的人才培养目标,结合兰州理工大学能源与动力工程专业属性及近年来毕业设计培养现状,针对毕业设计培养环节中所面临的学生主题素养与能力的多维挑战、导师责任担当意识薄弱、课题选择与深度挖掘策略不足等诸多问题,重点从时间管理与进度优化、指导教师综合评价体系的构建、多元化选题机制的建立和考核评价体系优化等方面提出改革对策。该文旨在为新工科建设背景下能源与动力工程专业本科毕业设计质量的提升提供有益的参考和借鉴。 Based on the talent training objectives of new engineering construction,this paper combines the characteristics of Energy and Power Engineering at Lanzhou University of Technology with the current status of graduation design training in recent years.Addressing the multi-dimensional challenges faced by university students in terms of thematic literacy and abilities,the weak sense of responsibility among mentors,and the lack of strategies for topic selection and deep exploration in the graduation design training process,the reform measures are put forward from the aspects of time management and schedule optimization,the construction of comprehensive evaluation system for guiding teachers,the establishment of a diversified topic selection mechanism and the optimization of evaluation system,etc.The aimof the study is to provide useful references and insights for improving the quality of undergraduate graduation design of Energy and Power Engineering under the background of new engineering construction.
