Legal Risks of Outbound Investment in Chinese Ethnic Minority Areas and Prevention Measures

2013年,我国提出了“一带一路”的伟大倡议,构建了人类命运共同体的伟大实践。在共建“一带一路”倡议机制下,许多“一带一路”国家和地区开放思想、转换经营理念、进行国际投资,构建了“一带一路”国家和地区参与对外开放战略的新格局。但是,“一带一路”国家和地区在国际投资的浪潮中机遇与风险共存,由于国际区域投资环境的差异,“一带一路”国家和地区在走出去的过程中遇到了许多难以预估的法律风险。文章通过研究与分析“一带一路”国家和地区在国际投资中常见的风险问题,并提出能长期稳定地实施国际投资、实现战略转型的应对策略与建议,从而为“一带一路”国家和地区规避国际投资风险提供价值指导和参考。

In 2013,China proposed the"Belt and Road"initiative,which is a great practical step towards building a community of shared future for humanity.Under the guidance of this initiative,many countries and areas in China have embraced advanced ideas of development,transformed their business concepts,engaged in international investment,and established a new framework for implementing the strategy of opening up to the world.However,amid the surge of international investment,these areas face both opportunities and risks.Due to differences in international and regional investment environments,these areas have encountered numerous unpredictable legal risks in the process of"going global".This paper studies and analyzes the common risks faced by these areas in international investment,and propose longterm,stable strategies and suggestions for implementing international investments and strategic transformations,thereby providing valuable guidance and reference for these areas to avoid risks in international investments.
