民族地区应急语言服务人才培养的时代需求与实现路径

在新时代完善推进高质量共建“一带一路”机制下,民族地区应急语言服务人才培养已成为时代的必然需要。贵州省作为西部重要的民族地区,各高校在应急语言服务人才培养方面存在服务意识不够完善、教育资源不尽均衡、实习实践平台有待提升等突出问题。为深入贯彻党的二十届三中全会精神,更好助力“一带一路”高质量发展的国家战略需求,贵州各高校必须合力打造专业化、本土化、数智化、产业化的应急语言服务人才培养体系,推动西部民族地区教育、科技、人才的良性循环,促进国家应急管理体系和能力的现代化发展。

Against the strategic backdrop of accelerating the high-quality development of the"Belt and Road"Initiative in the new era,the training of emergency language service personnel in ethnic areas has become a necessity of the times.As an important ethnic area in the west,Guizhou province faces prominent issues in this regard within its higher education institutions,such as insufficient awareness of service,uneven distribution of educational resources,and theneed for improvement in internship and practice platforms.To thoroughly implement the principles of the third plenary session of the 20th CPC central committee and better support the national strategic demand for high-quality development of the"Belt and Road"Initiative,colleges and universities in Guizhou must collectively develop a professional,localized,digitalized,and industrialized emergency language service talent training system.This will foster a virtuous cycle of education,technology,and talent in the western ethnic areas,and promote the modernization of the national emergency management system and capabilities.
