摘要
以配电网为研究对象,将分布式固定储能和移动储能相结合进行协同规划,提出了配电网灵活储能系统双层优化配置模型。上层模型综合考虑了固定式储能和移动式储能的成本差异,建立了灵活储能系统全寿命周期成本模型。采用改进的粒子群算法求解预规划模型,初步对储能进行选址定容。下层模型对预规划方案中的储能建设节点进行分类,为此建立了节点空间位置模型,引入加权节点度概念,同时分析固定式储能和移动式储能在设备参数上存在的差异,构建适用于灵活储能系统的特征变量集和特征数据集,建立了基于随机森林算法的储能分类模型,并采用改进的IEEE 34节点配电网系统对所建模型进行验证,根据储能运行期间充放电功率和循环功率最大值确定其安装功率和容量。算例结果表明,配电网灵活储能系统优化配置模型可使固定式储能和移动式储能在寿命周期内获得可观利润,混合规划方案比单独配置固定式储能更经济。
A two-layer optimal allocation model for flexible energy storage system of distribution network is proposed in this paper,taking distribution network as the research object,and combining distributed stationary energy storage and mobile energy storage for collaborative planning.In the upper model,the cost difference between stationary energy storage and mobile energy storage is considered comprehensively,and the life cycle cost model of flexible energy storage system is established.The pre-allocation model is solved by the improved particle swarm algorithm,and the location and capacity of the energy storage are preliminarily determined.In the lower model,the energy storage construction nodes in the pre-planning scheme are classified.For this purpose,a node spatial location model is established,and the concept of weighted node degree is introduced.The differences between fixed energy storage and mobile energy storage in equipment parameters are analyzed,and the feature variable set and feature data set suitable for flexible energy storage are constructed.An energy storage classification model based on random forest algorithm is established,and the established model is verified by using an improved IEEE 34-node distribution network system.The installed power and capacity are determined according to the maximum charge-discharge power and cycle power during the operation of energy storage.The calculation results indicate that the optimal allocation model of flexible energy storage system in the distribution network can ensure that the stationary energy storage and mobile energy storage obtain considerable profits during the life cycle,and the hybrid planning scheme is more economical than the single fixed energyconfiguration.
