中国共产党作为世界上第一大马克思主义执政党,其“大党独有难题”既有自身历史的实践演化,也有世界政党的共性挑战。以“三个务必”这一赓续中国共产党历史传统的优势基因来破解大党独有难题,是走好新时代赶考之路的题中之义,也是中国共产党区别于其他大党老党的突出特质。其中,“务必不忘初心、牢记使命”关乎政党立场和组织凝聚,得以破解大党偏离目标、党内分裂等组织管理难题;“务必谦虚谨慎、艰苦奋斗”关乎工作作风和精神品格,得以破解大党能力不足、精神懈怠等执政实效难题;“务必敢于斗争、善于斗争”关乎政党自我革新的意志和策略,得以破解大党僵化老化、政治生态污浊等存续发展难题。新征程上,必须将“三个务必”视为一个整体,坚持党性和人民性相统一、坚持历史和现实相衔接、坚持原则和方法相匹配,把中国共产党锻造成为一个永远走在时代前列、永远立于不败之地的世界大党。

As the largest Marxist ruling party in the world,the Communist Party of China has both its own historical practice and the common challenges of political parties in the world.To solve the unique problems of the big party with the advantage gene of"Three Musts",which continues the historical tradition of the Communist Party of China,is critical for catching up with the new era,and also the outstanding characteristics of the Communist Party of China that distinguish it from other big parties and old parties.To put it explicitly,that the Party members never forget the original aspiration and founding mission is related to the position of the political party and organizational cohesion so as to solve such organizational management problems as deviation from the goal of the big party and internal division.Staying modest,prudent,and hard-working is related to the work style and spiritual character so as to solve the major party's lack of ability,spirit slack and other practical problems in governance.Having the courage and ability to carry on the fight is related to the will and strategy of the political party's self-innovation so as to solve the problems of survival and development such as the rigidity and aging of the large party and the dirty political ecology.On the new journey,the"Three Musts"should be integrated as a whole.It is also imperative to adhere to the unity of the Party spirit and the people's character,adhere to the convergence of history and reality and adhere to the matching of principles and methods.Thus,the Communist Party of China will be forged into a major world party that can always stay at the forefront of the times and can always be invincible.
