摘要
文章以某燃气–蒸汽联合循环热电冷三联供机组为研究对象,探讨了利用溴化锂制冷设备对燃气轮机进气进行冷却的应用方案及其效果。研究表明,该技术可有效降低燃机进气温度,提高燃机功率和效率。实际应用结果显示,进气温度平均降低2.2℃,燃机功率提高3.05%,热耗降低1.83%。同时,该方案充分利用了原有溴化锂制冷设备的剩余冷量,具有投资少、收益高的特点。本研究为燃气轮机电厂提高设备利用率和经济效益提供了有益参考。
This article takes a certain gas steam combined cycle cogeneration unit as the research object,and explores the application scheme and effect of using lithium bromide refrigeration equipment to cool the gas turbine inlet.Research has shown that this technology can effectively reduce the intake temperature of the gas turbine,improve the power and efficiency of the gas turbine.The actual application results show that the average intake temperature decreases by 2.2℃,the combustion engine power increases by 3.05%,and the heat consumption decreases by 1.83%.At the same time,this scheme fully utilizes the remaining cooling capacity of the original lithium bromide refrigeration equipment,and has the characteristics of low investment and high returns.This study provides useful reference for gas turbine power plants to improve equipment utilization and economic benefits.
