摘要
在全球化能源结构转型背景下,“碳中和”“碳达峰”双目标对燃煤行业发展具有一定驱动作用,目前可再生能源与有效消纳已经成为燃煤机组优化的关键部分。深度调峰技术能够有效保障电网运行稳定性,提高设备运行质量,降低环境污染。基于此,研究构建燃煤机组深度调峰模型,并分析影响机组运行的主要因素,即低负荷燃烧与蒸汽参数波动。在此基础上引入分级燃烧模式,并根据CFD理论优化现有燃烧器,在辅助加热系统中增加电加热器,有效解决当前存在的问题,为构建安全、低碳的能源体系提供有力参考。
In the context of global energy structure transformation,the dual goals of“carbon neutrality”and“carbon peak”have a certain driving effect on the development of the coal﹣fired industry.Currently,renewable energy and effective consumption have become key parts of optimizing coal﹣fired power units.Deep peak shaving technology can effectively ensure the stability of power grid operation,improve equipment operation quality,and reduce environmental pollution.Based on this,a deep peak shaving model for coal﹣fired power units is studied and constructed,and the main factors affecting unit operation,namely low load combustion and steam parameter fluctuations,are analyzed.On this basis,a staged combustion mode is introduced and the existing burner is optimized based on CFD theory.An electric heater is added to the auxiliary heating system to effectively solve the current problems and provide strong reference for building a safe and low﹣carbon energy system.
