新型电力系统中储能系统综合价值测度研究

摘要 当前,随着新型电力系统的建设,大规模高比例新能源接入电力系统导致我国能源供应出现更大的不确定性。储能系统依靠其良好的运行特性有效提升了电力系统的高可再生能源渗透水平,但其所带来的增加新能源消纳、降低线路损耗、延缓输配电升级改造和提升能源供应可靠性等价值难以在储能收益中得到合理体现,片面且不精准的储能系统价值测度限制了储能投资及应用。文章分析了储能系统的内部价值测度及外部价值测度,并进行了储能系统综合价值测度测算,旨在促进储能产业健康发展。 Currently,with the construction of new power systems,the large﹣scale and high proportion of new energy connected to the power system has led to greater uncertainty in China's energy supply.The energy storage system,relying on its good operating characteristics,effectively improves the high penetration level of renewable energy in the power system.However,the value it brings,such as increasing the consumption of new energy,reducing line losses,delaying the upgrading and transformation of transmission and distribution,and improving energy supply reliability,is difficult to be reasonably reflected in the energy storage benefits.The one﹣sided and inaccurate measurement of the value of the energy storage system limits the investment and application of energy storage.The article analyzes the internal and external value measurement of energy storage systems,and conducts comprehensive value measurement of energy storage systems,aiming to promote the healthy development of the energy storage industry.
