摘要
文章针对某1000MW超超临界机组燃煤锅炉整套启动过程中,锅炉低过、低再等受热面出现超温情况的原因进行了分析,阐述了为控制锅炉受热面超温采取的燃烧调整措施,以期为同类锅炉预防受热面沾污提供解决方案。
The article analyzes the causes of overheating on the heating surface of a 1000MW ultra supercritical coal﹣fired boiler during the entire start﹣up process,such as low over temperature and low regeneration.It elaborates on the combustion adjustment measures taken to control the overheating of the heating surface of the boiler,in order to provide a solution for similar boilers to prevent contamination of the heating surface.
