摘要
为研究风电出力不确定性对源储网联合规划的影响,以东北地区某省某新能源基地风电输出为例,分析了风电特性对源储网规划的影响,并使用DCGAN和K–means进行了风电场景生成和缩减优化,描述了风力发电的不确定性。研究结果表明,文章所提生成场景预测精度、可靠性优良,可准确评价源储网联合规划中风力发电的不确定性影响。
To study the impact of wind power output uncertainty on joint planning of source storage network,taking the wind power output of a new energy base in a province in Northeast China as an example,the influence of wind power characteristics on source storage network planning was analyzed.DCGAN and K﹣means were used for wind power scenario generation and reduction optimization,and the uncertainty of wind power generation was described.The research results indicate that the generated scenario prediction accuracy and reliability proposed in the article are excellent,and can accurately evaluate the uncertainty impact of wind power generation in the joint planning of source storage network.
