摘要
文章分析了红外热成像技术的基本原理、不同类型热成像仪的特点,以及发电厂设备温度监控的需求和应用。红外热成像技术凭借其高精度、全面性及实时性,克服了传统温度监控方法的局限性,能够对设备表面进行全面扫描,提供详细的温度分布图,实现对设备的精准温度监控,显著提升设备管理水平。
This paper analyzes the basic principle of infrared thermal imaging technology,the characteristics of different types of thermal imagers,and the demand and application of temperature monitoring for power plant equipment.With its high precision,comprehensiveness and real﹣time performance,infrared thermal imaging technology overcomes the limitations of traditional temperature monitoring methods,can conduct a comprehensive scan of the surface of the equipment,provide a detailed temperature distribution map,achieve accurate temperature monitoring of the equipment,and significantly improve the level of equipment management.
