摘要
国产聚氨酯泡沫合成轨枕在线应用已超过15年。为了评估在役多年后合成轨枕的使用状态及产品性能,并为后续运营维修、推广应用及寿命预测提供数据支持,抽取有代表性的合成轨枕进行综合性能研究,对不同运营年限合成轨枕的表观状态、微观结构、化学结构、物理性能、力学性能、疲劳性能等进行了测试分析。结果表明:线上应用15年的合成轨枕状态良好,产品微观结构和化学结构稳定,各项物理、力学性能与新轨枕基本相当,未见明显衰减,仍满足CJ/T 399—2012《聚氨酯泡沫合成轨枕》标准要求。研究证明合成轨枕具有良好的耐候性、抗疲劳性,预期使用寿命超过30年。
Domestic polyurethane foam synthetic sleepers have been used online for more than 15 years.In order to evaluate the use status and product performance of synthetic sleepers after years of service,and provide data support for subsequent operation,maintenance,promotion,application and life prediction,representative synthetic sleepers were selected for comprehensive performance research,and the apparent state,microstructure,chemical structure,physical properties,mechanical properties,fatigue properties,etc.of synthetic sleepers with different service life were tested and analyzed.The results show that the synthetic sleepers that have been used online for 15 years are in good condition,the microstructure and chemical structure of the products are stable,and the physical and mechanical properties are basically equivalent to those of the new sleepers,without obvious attenuation,and still could meet the requirements of CJ/T 399—2012 Synthetic Sleepers of Fiber Reinforced Polyurethane Foam.Research has shown that synthetic rail sleepers have good weather resistance and fatigue resistance,with an expected service life of over 30 years.
