FIC模式对青少年唇腭裂患儿的心理行为与生活质量的影响

Impact of FIC mode on the psychological behavior and quality of lifeof adolescent children with cleft lip and palate

目的探讨家庭参与式护理(FIC)模式对青少年唇腭裂患儿心理行为与生活质量的影响。方法选择2022年8月至2024年2月贵州省某三级甲等口腔医院颌面外科收治的青少年唇腭裂患儿,采用随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,各20例。对照组实施常规护理,试验组采用FIC模式护理,比较2组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、家庭亲密度和适应性量表、青少年学生疏离感量表(ASAS)、儿童少年生活质量量表(QLSCA)评分。结果2组患儿SAS粗分及标准分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组患儿亲密度及适应性评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患儿ASAS各维度评分均低于对照组患儿,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组患儿QLSCA各维度评分、总分及标准T分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用FIC模式对青少年唇腭裂患儿进行护理,可有效提高患儿心理适应性及行为能力,减轻焦虑及疏离感,提高家庭间亲密度及生活质量。

Objective To explore the impact of family integrated care(FIC)model on the psychological behavior and quality of life of adolescent children with cleft lip and palate.Methods From August,2022 to February,2024,the adolescent children with cleft lip and palate who were admitted to the Department of Maxillofacial Surgery at a tertiary Grade A dental hospital in Guizhou Province were selected and divided into the experimental group and the control group using random number table method,with 20 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the experimental group received FIC mode nursing care.The scores of the Self Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Family Intimacy and Adaptability Scale,Adolescent Student Alienation Scale(ASAS),and Quality of Life Scale for Children and Adolescents(QLSCA)were compared between the two groups.Results There were statistically significant differences in the crude and standard scores of SAS between the two groups of children(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the intimacy and adaptability scores between the two groups of children(P<0.05).The ASAS scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group in all dimensions,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the scores of QLSCA dimensions,total score,and standard T-score between the two groups of children(P<0.05).Conclusion Adopting the FIC model for nursing adolescent children with cleft lip and palate can effectively improve their psychological adaptability and behavioral abilities,reduce anxiety and alienation,and enhance family intimacy and quality of life.
