系统科学视角下非遗数字化的发展逻辑与优化路径

Development Logic and Optimization Path of Digitization of ICH Under the Perspective of System Science

数字化保护与开发是在国家文化数字化战略下实现非物质文化遗产(非遗)保护的重要举措,但当前也面临着管理、技术和社会等方面的挑战,引入系统观点有利于从动态和非线性的视角解决这些问题,从而实现非遗保护与创新发展的辩证统一。文章通过探讨由传承人、政府、企业、民众等主体组成的非遗数字化生态系统的作用机制,构建了由非遗资源保护、数字技术应用、文化产业发展和传承人群体子系统构成的系统动力学模型,以期为非遗数字化的良性循环发展提供系统思想和科学建议。

Digital preservation and development is an important initiative of intangible cultural heritage(ICH)under the national cultural digitization strategy,but it also faces challenges in management,technology and society,etc.The introduction of the system viewpoint is conducive to solving these problems from a dynamic and non-linear perspective,so as to realize the dialectical unity of ICH preservation and innovative development.By exploring the role mechanism of the digital ecosystem of ICH composed of inheritors,government,enterprises and people,a system dynamics model composed of subsystems of ICH resource protection,digital technology application,cultural industry development and inheritor groups is constructed to provide systematic ideas and scientific suggestions for the benign cycle of ICH digitization development.
