摘要
精氨酸是人体内的一种必需氨基酸。近年来,关于精氨酸在肿瘤发生发展中的作用机制研究已成为当前生物医学领域的热点。研究发现,精氨酸驱动的代谢重编程在促进肿瘤发展以及逃避免疫监视等方面发挥重要作用。此外,精氨酸剥夺疗法可有效抑制肿瘤生长。本文总结了目前关于精氨酸在肿瘤细胞生长、转移以及免疫逃逸等方面的研究动态。
Arginine is an essential amino acid in the human body.In recent years,the study on the mechanism of arginine in the development and progression of tumors has become a hotspot in the field of biomedical research.Research has found that arginine-mediated metabolic reprogramming plays an important role in promoting tumor growth and evading immune surveillance.In addition,arginine deprivation therapy can effectively inhibit tumor growth.This article has summarized the current understanding of the biological importance of arginine in aspects such as tumor cell growth,metastasis,and immune evasion.
