发展型资助体系提升高校药学工程技术人才职业胜任力初探

Research on the development-oriented funding system to improve the professional competence of pharmaceutical engineering and technical talents in universities

本文从家国情怀和职业使命感、交叉性的复合知识、优秀能力素养等维度,阐释了高校药学工程技术人才职业胜任力的内涵,分析了目前学生职业胜任力发展存在的问题。结合发展型资助体系的新要求,加强思想帮扶,以家国情怀为引领,提升职业价值观;开展学业帮扶、以课程建设拓展学生职业发展知识;发挥多主体帮扶,以创新平台提升学生核心技能等方面,探讨高校药学工程专业困难生职业胜任力的提升路径。

This article elaborates the connotation of vocational competence of pharmaceutical engineering and technical talents in universities from the dimensions of patriotism and professional mission,interdisciplinary composite knowledge,excellent abilities and qualities,analyzes the existing problems in the development of students′vocational competence at present.In accordance with the new requirements of the development-oriented funding system,we should first strengthen ideological assistance,take patriotism as the guide,and enhance professional values,then carry out academic assistance and expand students′career development knowledge through curriculum construction and finally explore the path to enhance the vocational competence of disadvantaged students in pharmaceutical engineering majors in universities through multi-party assistance and innovative platforms to improve students′core skills.
