山东省近10年替加环素致严重不良反应分析

Analysis of tigecycline-induced serious adverse drug reactions in Shandong Province in past 10 years

目的分析替加环素引起严重不良反应的发生情况、临床表现与预后等特征,为优化治疗方案、降低不良反应发生率提供借鉴和参考。方法对2013年1月1日至2023年2月28日99例山东省替加环素导致的严重不良反应报告进行回顾性分析。结果99例严重不良反应中,男75例,女24例,患者平均年龄(64±18)岁。血液系统不良反应居首位,发生时间在用药后60 min~25 d不等。不良反应结果:13例痊愈,74例好转,3例未好转,9例不详。对原患疾病的影响中有47例不明显,44例导致病程延长,8例病情加重。结论建议对中老年患者及易发生严重不良反应的高危患者做好药学监护,一旦发生严重不良反应做相应的对症处理和支持疗法,保证用药安全。

Objective To analyze the characteristics of severe adverse reactions caused by tigecycline,and to provide reference for optimizing the treatment plan and reducing the incidence of adverse reactions.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 99 cases of severe adverse reactions caused by tigecycline in Shandong Province from January 1,2013 to February 28,2023.Results 99 cases of serious adverse reactions,75 cases of male,female 24 cases;The mean age of the patients was(64±18)years.Hematological system damage ranked first,and the occurrence time ranged from 60 min to 25 d after administration.The results of adverse reactions showed that 13 cases were cured,74 cases were improved,3 cases were not improved,and 9 cases were unknown.The effect on the original disease was not obvious in 47 cases,resulting in 44 cases of prolonged course of disease and 8 cases of exacerbation.Conclusion It is suggested that pharmaceutical care should be carried out for middle-aged and elderly patients and high-risk patients prone to serious adverse reactions.Once serious adverse reactions occur,corresponding symptomatic treatment and supportive therapy should be carried out to ensure the safety of medication.
