产教融合视域下高职院校“双师型”教师团队建设路径研究

A Study on the Ways of the Construction of“Dual-Qualified”Teaching Teams in Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of the Industry-Education Integration

摘要 教师团队建设是推动职业教育改革的重要因素,国家职业教育改革新要求和当前我国经济发展新态势,对“双师型”教师提出了更高要求。坚持产教融合、科教融汇,打造“双师型”教师团队是推动职业教育改革的关键。目前职业教育“双师型”教师还存在质量良莠不齐、师资来源单一、顶岗实践经验缺乏、制度不健全等问题。针对目前“双师型”教师团队建设存在的问题,提出了强化师德师风建设、拓宽人才引进渠道、加强大师工作室建设、抓好企业顶岗实践等措施,以构建“双师型”教师团队建设路径。 The construction of teaching teams is an important factor in promoting the reform of vocational education.The new requirements of the reform of national vocational education and current trend of economic development in China have put forward higher requirements for“dual-qualified”teachers.Adhering to the industry-education and science-education integration and building“dual-qualified”teaching teams are the key to promoting the reform of vocational education.At present,there are still problems with“dual-qualified”teachers in vocational education such as uneven quality,single source of teachers,lack of experience in on-the-job practice,and inadequate systems.In order to solve the current problems in the construction of“dual-qualified”teaching teams,this paper proposes such measures as strengthening the construction of teachers professional ethics and conduct,expanding the channels of talent introduction,reinforcing the construction of master studios,and doing a good job of on-the-job practice in enterprises,to establish the ways of the construction of“dual-qualified”teaching teams.
