数字化进程中高职院校社团组织治理效能的现状审视与进展启示

A Study on the Review of the Current Situation and Enlightenment of the Progress of the Governance Effectiveness of Associations in Vocational Colleges in the Process of Digitization

参考了社团组织治理绩效的综合评价维度,对高职院校的社团组织进行测量,发现目前高职院校社团组织存在治理人才不足、与数字化治理融合不够深入、学生满意度不高等问题,提出了加强高职院校社团组织人才培养和引进、建立系统性思维、增强竞争意识、提高学生满意度的策略。

By referring to the comprehensive evaluation dimensions of the governance performance of associations,associations in vocational colleges are measured.It is found that there are such problems in the associations as the shortage of talents in governing the associations,insufficient integration with digital governance,and students low satisfaction.This paper puts forward relevant strategies for strengthening the cultivation and introduction of talents in the associations,establishing systematic thinking,enhancing the awareness of competition,and improving students satisfaction.
