基于“六盒模型”的高校校级科研机构建设管理现状诊断维度及实践——以S大学为例

摘要 高校校级科研机构为学校的科学研究、学科建设、人才培养、学术交流、社会服务等方面提供了有力支持。“六盒模型”是一种用于组织诊断和分析的工具,能够帮助组织更好地理解自身的运作机制、优势和不足,并提供改进和变革的方向。以“六盒模型”为指导,以S大学为讨论案例,从目的、结构、关系、激励、帮助机制、领导方式6个维度进行组织诊断,发现校级科研机构建设管理方面的问题与不足,提出相应的建议,旨在更好地发挥校级科研机构的重要作用。 School-level scientific research institutions in colleges and universities provide strong support for them in scientific researches,discipline construction,personnel training,academic exchanges and social services.The“six-box model”is a tool for organizational diagnosis and analysis,which helps organizations better understand their operating mechanisms,strengths and weaknesses,and provides orientations to improvement and reform.Guided by the“six-box model”,taking S university as a case of discussion,this paper conducts an organizational diagnosis in such six dimensions as the purpose,structure,relationship,incentive,helping mechanism and leadership style,finds out the problems and deficiencies in the construction and management of school-level scientific research institutions,and puts forward corresponding suggestions,aiming to give better play to their important role.
