抢抓“以竹代塑”机遇推动一二三产融合发展四川兴文高质量发展竹产业助推乡村振兴

Seize the Opportunity of“Bamboo as a Substitute for Plastic”to Promote Integrated Development of Primary,Secondary and Tertiary Bamboo Industries:High-Quality Development of Bamboo Industry to Boost Rural Revitalization in Xingwen County,Sichuan Pro

四川省兴文县是“中国四季鲜笋之乡”“中国巨黄竹之乡”“中国方竹之乡”,竹子种类多,分布广,竹资源优势明显。近年来,兴文县贯彻落实习近平总书记关于“因地制宜发展竹产业”“把小竹子做成大产业”“以竹代塑”倡议等的重要指示精神,牢固树立和践行绿水青山就是金山银山的理念,依托丰富的竹资源,把竹产业作为乡村振兴的支柱产业,大力推进与竹相关的一二三产业融合联动,把发展“以竹代塑”和竹笋精深加工产业作为重要抓手,全力推进竹产业高质量发展。文章从规划引领发展、竹林提质增效、发展产业集群、政策扶持、拓宽交流合作、开展推广应用等方面阐述了兴文县推进竹产业高质量发展的实践做法,为实现“竹农因竹而富、兴文因竹而兴、生态因竹而美”奠定了良好基础,全力助推乡村振兴。

Xingwen county in Sichuan province is known as the“China's hometown of Four-Season Fresh Bamboo Shoots”,“China's hometown of Bambusa changningensis‘Juhuang'”,and“China's hometown of Square Bamboo”.It boasts wide-range bamboo species,broadly distributed bamboo forests and obvious advantages in bamboo resources.In recent years,Xingwen county has implemented important instructions of President Xi Jinping on“developing the bamboo industry in line with local conditions”,“turning small bamboo into a large industry”,and“bamboo as a substitute for plastic”initiatives,and takes the bamboo industry as the pillar industry to achieve rural revitalization by firmly practicing the concept of“lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets”and based on its abundant bamboo resources.With the effort,the county has vigorously promoted the integration and linkage of primary,secondary,and tertiary bamboo industries,and fully promote the high-quality development of the bamboo industry focusing on“bamboo as a substitute for plastic”and the deep processing industry of bamboo shoots.This paper elaborates on the practices of high-quality bamboo industry development in Xingwen county from the aspects of leading planning-oriented development,improving quality and efficiency of bamboo forests,developing industrial clusters,building policy support,expanding communication and cooperation,and boosting promotion and application.This lays a good foundation for achieving the goal that“farmers get rich due to bamboo,Xingwen county thrives due to bamboo,and the eco-environment becomes beautiful due to bamboo”to fully promote rural revitalization.
