摘要
为了提高高职院校人才培养质量,发挥“双高计划”的引领作用,探索“岗课赛证”融通的人才培养模式尤为重要。本文以江苏工程职业技术学院工业机器人技术专业为例,通过“岗课赛证”互通互融,优化人才培养方案,重构课程体系,开发教学资源,创新教学方法,培养师资队伍,打造实训基地等举措,激发学生对技能大赛的参赛热情,提高1+X考试通过率,提升学生就业竞争力和综合素质,实现高职教育的提质培优。
In order to improve the quality of talent training in higher vocational colleges and give full play to the leading role of“Double High Plan”,it is particularly important to explore the talent training mode of“Post,Course,Competition,Certificate”integration.Taking Industrial Robot Technology in Jiangsu College of Engineering and Technology as an example,this paper optimizes the talent training program,reconstructs the curriculum system,develops teaching resources,innovates teaching methods,trains teachers,and builds training bases through the integration of“Post,Course,Competition,Certificate”,which can stimulate students'enthusiasm for participating in skill competitions,improve the passing rate of 1+X exams,enhance students'employment competitiveness and comprehensive quality,and realize the improvement and optimization of higher vocational education.
