新质生产力视角下十堰市无人机产业应用型人才培养模式及实践探讨

Exploring the Training Models and Practices for Application-Oriented Talents in the UAV Industry in Shiyan City from the Perspective of New Quality Productive Forces

无人机产业作为低空经济的重要组成部分迅速发展,对应用型人才的需求日益增长。本研究针对十堰市无人机产业应用型人才培养的现状与挑战进行了全面分析,提出了基于新质生产力的人才培养模式。通过文献分析和实地调研,研究结果显示,当前专业设置与市场需求脱节、校企合作深度不够、实践教学形式化等问题较为突出。为此,本文提出了跨学科综合能力培养体系和校内外双导师制度,强化实践教学,深化校企合作,以提升人才培养质量。

The UAV industry,as a crucial component of the low-altitude economy,is experiencing rapid growth,leading to an increasing demand for application-oriented talents.This study provides a comprehensive analysis of the current status and challenges in cultivating application-oriented talents within the UAV industry in Shiyan City,proposing a talent training model based on new quality productive forces.Through literature review and field research,the study reveals significant issues such as the misalignment between professional curricula and market demands,insufficient depth of school-enterprise cooperation,and formalized practical teaching.Consequently,this paper proposes an interdisciplinary comprehensive competency training system and a dual-mentor system involving both internal and external instructors,aiming to enhance practical teaching,deepen school-enterprise cooperation,and ultimately improve the quality of talent training.
