“岗课赛证”融通的计算机网络技术专业课程体系研究——以湖北工业职业技术学院为例

摘要 计算机网络技术专业作为高职教育中具有代表性的传统专业,面临着行业快速发展与人才培养模式改革的双重挑战。为了提升人才培养质量,满足行业对人才的需求,本文以湖北工业职业技术学院为例,在同类院校、企业行业以及毕业生调研的基础上,对岗位、课程、大赛、证书进行分析定位,提出并分析了“岗课赛证”融通育人模式在计算机网络技术专业课程体系中的应用。以职业岗位需求为导向,将职业资格证书的要求融入课程体系中,以职业能力标准为核心,结合职业技能竞赛,通过项目课程等载体,构建“岗课赛证”融通的专业课程体系,实现课程与岗位、课程与竞赛、课程与证书的深度融合。 As a representative traditional major in higher vocational education,computer network technology major faces the dual challenges of rapid development of the industry and reform of talent training models.In order to improve the quality of talent training and meet the industry's demands for talents,this paper takes Hubei Industrial Polytechnic as an example,analyzes the positions,courses,competitions and certificates on the basis of research of similar colleges,enterprises and industries as well as graduates,proposes and analyzes the application of"post,course,competition and certificate"integrated education model in the curriculum system of computer network technology major.Guided by the requirements of vocational positions,the requirements of vocational qualification certificates are integrated into the curriculum system,with vocational ability standards as the core,combined with vocational skill competitions,the curriculum system of"post,course,competition and certificate"is built to achieve the deep integration of four elements through project courses and others.
