摘要
综合灵敏训练是一种新的体能训练方法,运用对比实验等方法对综合灵敏训练法在青少年体能训练中的效果进行研究,发现:在身体成分方面,综合灵敏训练对青少年男女生体质量、体脂和腰臀比具有积极的影响;在身体素质方面,实验组男女生的平衡、灵敏和爆发力均有显著提升。
Comprehensive sensitivity training is a new physical training method.The comparative experimental study on the effect of comprehensive sensitivity training in adolescent physical training shows that in terms of body composition,comprehensive sensitivity training has a positive influence on adolescents’body mass,body fat and waist-to-hip ratio,and in terms of physical fitness,comprehensive sensitivity training has significantly improved their balance,sensitivity and explosive power.
