摘要
骨疾病如骨质疏松、骨关节炎、风湿性关节炎等是长期困扰人们的一类疾病。其发病机制可能是多因素的,例如遗传、生活环境、药物作用等,人们普遍认为,骨代谢紊乱是骨疾病发生机制中的重要一环。随着研究的深入,人们发现铁死亡与线粒体稳态在调节成骨、破骨、软骨细胞的增殖、分化和功能以及骨相关疾病中起着至关重要的作用。该文通过总结目前关于线粒体稳态和铁死亡及其在骨代谢紊乱中的作用机制,并深入阐述三者之间关系,旨在探寻线粒体稳态和铁死亡在治疗骨代谢紊乱所致疾病潜力和新的研究方向。
Bone diseases such as osteoporosis,osteoarthritis,and rheumatoid arthritis are a class of diseases that have long plagued people.Its pathogenesis may be multi-factorial,such as genetics,living environment,and drug effects.It is generally believed that bone metabolic disorders are an important part of the pathogenesis of bone diseases.With the deepening of research,it has been found that ferroptosis and mitochondrial homeostasis play a crucial role in regulating osteogenesis,osteoclasts,chondrocyte proliferation,differentiation and function,and bone-related diseases.This article will summarize the current research on mitochondrial homeostasis and ferroptosis and their mechanisms of action in bone metabolism disorders,and elaborate on the relationship between the three.The aim is to explore the potential and new research directions of mitochondrial homeostasis and ferroptosis in the treatment of diseases caused by bone metabolic disorders.
