数字化视域下事业单位档案管理信息化建设路径探讨

Discussion on the Information Construction Path of Archives Management in Public Institutions under the Digital Perspective

档案作为历史经历的真实记录载体、各项活动开展及政策执行信息的收集渠道、未来发展趋势的预测参照依据,在事业单位决策管理、履职尽责、建设发展等领域均发挥着显著作用。该文采用文献综述法对数字化视域下事业单位档案管理信息化建设这一课题加以分析。首先从理论层面论述了事业单位档案管理信息化建设的定义及其在档案长久保存、调取借阅、文化建设等方面的积极作用;其次客观分析了当前事业单位推进档案管理信息化建设所面临的基础环境、信息技术应用、人才队伍、安全管理等问题;最后提出了加强档案管理基础建设、搭建档案管理信息化平台、建设复合型档案管理队伍、加强档案网络安全保护等措施,以期为相关事业单位加快档案管理信息化建设进程提供一些参考与借鉴。

Archives,as a true record carrier of historical experiences,a channel for collecting policy implementation information,and a reference for predicting future development trends,play a significant role in decision-making and management,fulfilling responsibilities,and construction and development of public institutions.This article adopts the literature review method to analyze the topic of informationization construction of archives management in public institutions from a digital perspective.Firstly,the definition of informationization construction in archives management of public institutions and its positive role in long-term preservation,retrieval and borrowing of archives,cultural construction,etc.were discussed from a theoretical perspective.Secondly,an objective analysis was conducted on the basic environment,information technology application,talent team,security management,and other issues faced by current public institutions in promoting the informatization construction of archive management.Finally,measures were proposed to strengthen the infrastructure of archive management,establish an archive management information platform,build a composite archive management team,and enhance archive network security protection,in order to provide some reference and inspiration for relevant institutions to accelerate the process of archive management information construction.
