基于产教融合视角的企业文化融入高职院校校园文化研究

摘要 近年来,国家与地方政府对高等职业教育的重视显著提升,推动了学校硬件设施快速发展,但也暴露出校园文化与内涵建设未同步跟进的问题,成为提升职业教育质量的瓶颈,如企业文化作为关键软实力未能充分融入校园文化,影响了学生核心职业素质的培养,导致毕业生难以完全契合企业需求。高职院校为加速学生向合格职业人的蜕变,需积极探索企业文化与校园文化的深度融合路径。该文以产教融合为研究视角,探讨如何有效融合企业文化与校园文化,以突破当前人才培养的瓶颈,促进学生向企业所需职业人转型,使职业教育与企业需求对接,为培养高素质技能人才提供新路径。 In recent years,the national and local governments have significantly increased their attention to higher vocational education,promoting the rapid development of school hardware facilities.However,this has also exposed the problem of the lack of synchronous follow-up between campus culture and connotation construction,which has become a bottleneck in improving the quality of vocational education.For example,corporate culture,as a key soft power,has not been fully integrated into campus culture,affecting the cultivation of students'core vocational qualities and making it difficult to fully meet the needs of enterprises.Vocational colleges need to actively explore the deep integration path between corporate culture and campus culture in order to accelerate students'transformation into qualified professionals.This article takes the background of industry education integration as the research perspective,exploring how to effectively integrate corporate culture and campus culture to break through the bottleneck of current talent cultivation,promote the transformation of students from quasi professionals to professionals needed by enterprises,and connect vocational education with enterprise needs,providing a new path for cultivating high-quality skilled talents.
