文化软实力是泰国软实力建设的重点内容,目前泰国已将文化软实力建设提升至国家战略高度。该文聚焦2001年后泰国文化软实力建设的实际内容,全面剖析泰国文化软实力建设的动因、举措,总结泰国文化软实力建设的成效和特点。该文认为,泰国的文化软实力建设呈现多阶段、多议题的特点,有逐步扩大建设范围和深度的趋势。泰国率先从“旅游文化”“美食文化”“体育文化”等领域开展文化软实力国际推广,且取得较好示范成效,但因政策规划不稳定、建设目标落实松散等原因,文化软实力建设也不可避免地面临挑战,未来还需进一步持续化、体系化发展。

Cultural soft power is a key focus of Thailand's soft power development,and it has now been elevated to the level of a national strategy.This paper focuses on the practical content of Thailand's cultural soft power development since 2001,thoroughly analyzing the motivations and measures of Thailand's cultural soft power initiatives,and summarizing the achievements and characteristics of these efforts.The paper argues that Thailand's cultural soft power development is characterized by multiple stages and multiple issues,with a trend toward gradually expanding the scope and depth of development.Thailand has taken the lead in promoting cultural soft power internationally in areas such as"tourism culture","culinary culture",and"sports culture",achieving significant exemplary results.However,due to the instability of policy planning and the loose implementation of development goals,Thailand's cultural soft power initiatives inevitably face challenges,requiring further sustained and systematic development in the future.
