西部地区高职院校大学文化建设路径研究

A Study on the Path of Cultural Construction in Higher Vocational Colleges in the Western Region

在当前教育领域的发展进程中,高职院校治理现代化属于发展职业教育的必由之路,同时也是推动高职院校高质量发展的关键环节,尤其在我国的西部地区,为了有效促进高职院校的稳定发展,必须逐步提高对大学文化建设的重视程度,以此为基础来促进教育管理的现代化。同时,还要在实际建设阶段对以往所采用的职业教育理念进行创新优化,进一步提高大学文化的建设质量,从而有效促进学生的学习与成长。因此,该文首先对高职院校大学文化建设的基本原则加以明确;其次对现阶段西部地区高职院校大学文化建设存在的问题与基本逻辑展开深入分析;最后在此基础上,提出西部地区高职院校大学文化建设的具体措施。

Modernization of governance in vocational colleges is not only a necessary path to improve vocational education,but also a key link to promote high-quality development of vocational colleges.Especially in the western region of China,in order to effectively promote the stable development of vocational colleges,it is necessary to gradually increase the importance of university culture construction.At the same time,it is necessary to innovate and optimize the vocational education concepts used in the past during the actual construction stage,based on which the overall quality of university culture construction can be further improved,effectively promoting students'subsequent learning and growth.Therefore,the article first clarifies the basic principles of cultural construction in vocational colleges and universities;secondly,conduct an in-depth analysis of the problems and basic logic in the current cultural construction of vocational colleges in the western region.On this basis,specific measures for the construction of university culture in vocational colleges in the western region are proposed.
