面向新质生产力发展的高职院校人才生态化培养路径研究

摘要 新质生产力的发展已成为推动现代社会经济增长的关键因素,高职院校作为培养技能型人才的主阵地,肩负着培养适应新质生产力需求的人才的重要使命。目前,高职院校的人才培养仍存在适应性不足、创新性不强、定位不清晰等问题。以我国新质生产力的内涵和特征为基础,探讨高职院校人才培养的要求与挑战,将生态系统理论运用到人才培养的过程中,从培养目标、教研设计、学业评价等方面剖析面向新质生产力的高职院校人才培养路径,明晰高职院校人才培养模式的应然状态,推动人才培养的生态化转向,为高职院校技能人才的自主培养赋能助力。 The development of new quality productive forces has become a key factor in promoting the economic growth in modern society,and as the main battlefield for cultivating skilled talents,higher vocational colleges shoulder the important mission of cultivating talents who can meet the demands of new quality productive forces.At present,the training of talents in vocational colleges still suffers from the problems of insufficient adaptability,weak innovation and unclear positioning.Based on the connotation and characteristics of new quality productive forces in China,this paper explores the requirements and challenges of talent cultivation in vocational colleges,applies the ecosystem theory to the process of talent cultivation,analyzes the talent cultivation path in vocational colleges for new quality productive forces from the aspects of training goals,teaching research design and academic evaluation,clears the appropriate state of talent cultivation mode in vocational colleges,promotes the ecological transformation of talent cultivation and empowers the autonomous cultivation of skilled talents in vocational colleges.
