Research on Durability Test of Automotive Power Swing Doors

文章以电动侧前门为研究对象,搭建电动侧前门系统的耐久试验台架,并基于Vehicle Spy 3、LabVIEW和STEP7-Micro/WIN SMART进行逻辑控制,配合机器人完成电动侧开门的耐久试验要求。在不同使用工况下,对电动侧门的功能性故障进行评估,为电动侧门系统的设计改良提供了关键的数据依据。

Taking the front power swing door as the research object,an endurance test bench for the front power swing door system is set up.Based on Vehicle Spy3,LabVIEW,and STEP 7-Micro/WIN SMART for logical control,the endurance test requirements for the power swing door are completed in conjunction with a robot.The functional failures of the power swing door under different operating con⁃ditions are assessed,providing key data for the design improvement of the power swing door system.
