摘要
为研究超黏抗滑磨耗层技术在干线公路养护中的适用性,通过关键材料优选,从矿料级配、最佳油石比、玻璃纤维掺量等方面进行超黏抗滑磨耗层冷拌沥青混合料配合比设计,确定了混合料的最佳油石比为6.48%、改性乳化沥青用量为9.5%、水泥用量为1%、纤维(长度10 mm)掺量为0.1%。基于超黏磨耗层封层车调试和试验段实施,确定了关键施工参数。依托宿迁市324省道专项养护工程进行超黏抗滑磨耗层材料与装备一体化关键工艺研究及试验路铺筑,工后检测和长期性能观测结果显示,超黏抗滑磨耗层无掉粒和松散脱落。
In order to study the applicability of high viscosity anti⁃slip wearing course technology in trunk highway mainte⁃nance,this article selects key materials and designs the mix proportion of cold mixed asphalt mixture for high viscosity anti⁃slip wearing course from the aspects of mineral aggregate grading,optimal bitumen aggregate ratio,glass fiber content,etc.The optimal bitumen aggregate ratio of the mixture is determined to be 6.48%,the amount of modified emulsified asphalt is 9.5%,the amount of cement is 1%,and the amount of fiber(length 10 mm)is 0.1%.Based on the debugging and experimen⁃tal section implementation of the high viscosity wearing course sealing car,key construction parameters have been determined.Relying on the special maintenance project of Provincial Highway 324 in Suqian City,the research on the key process of the integration of materials and equipment for the high viscosity anti⁃slip wearing course and the paving of the test road were carried out.The results of post construction inspection and long⁃term performance observation show that the high viscosi⁃ty anti⁃slip wearing course has no granulation,looseness and shedding.
