摘要
由诺如病毒(Norovirus,NoV)感染引起的食品安全问题已经引起国内外的广泛关注,食源性病毒的检测是我国公共卫生研究领域的重点和挑战。其中,食品样本的前处理一直是食源性病毒检测的瓶颈环节,且因不同食品基质的复杂程度不一,需要针对不同的基质制定不同的洗脱富集方法。本文综述了不同食品基质的洗脱富集方法,对抗体、适配体、多肽以及组织血型抗原四种NoV分子识别元件进行了详细阐述,介绍了目前国内外NoV的分子检测方法及其优缺点,并对NoV洗脱纯化及检测技术做出了展望。
Food safety concerns stemming from Norovirus(NoV)infections have garnered significant attention both domestically and internationally.Detecting food-borne viruses has emerged as a paramount challenge for public health in China.The pre-treatment of food samples has consistently presented a significant obstacle in the detection of food-borne viruses.Given the diverse complexities of various food substrates,a range of elution and enrichment methods must be developed to suit their unique characteristics.This study provides a comprehensive review of distinct elution and enrichment methods for different food substrates.Additionally,it delves into a detailed review of four recognition elements for NoV:antibodies,aptamers,polypeptides,and tissue blood group antigens.The molecular detection methods for Norovirus are introduced,and their pros and cons are compared.Finally,potential future directions for elution,purification,and detection technologies concerning Norovirus are envisaged.
