摘要
地方应用型本科高校人事制度改革取得了一些成绩,但是还存在着管理格局未根本突破、管理理念滞后、改革缺乏系统设计、关键制度缺少突破等积弊。地方应用型本科高校亟需从制度创新、组织创新、机制创新、理念创新、技术创新等方面作出进一步探索。
Some achievements have been made in the reform of the personnel system of local appli-cation-oriented undergraduate universities,but there are still drawbacks such as the fundamental breakthrough in management pattern,lagging management concept,lack of system design in re-form and lack of breakthrough in key systems,etc.Local application-oriented undergraduate univer-sities need to make further exploration from the aspects of system innovation,organization innova-tion,mechanism innovation,idea innovation and form innovation.
