摘要
介绍了多孔淀粉的制备方法及其性质,综述了多孔淀粉在植物精油微胶囊化中的应用,旨在为其开发利用提供参考。
The preparation method and property of porous starch were introduced,and its application in microencapsulation of plant essential oils was reviewed,in order to provide reference for the development and utilization of porous starch.
