超声辅助提取茶籽粕中茶油和茶皂素的工艺优化

摘要 采用超声辅助提取茶籽粕中的茶油和茶皂素。以粗茶油和茶皂素得率为指标,在单因素试验的基础上通过响应面法优化提取工艺。结果表明:最佳提取工艺为料液比1∶20(g/mL)、乙醇与石油醚体积比3∶7、乙醇体积分数55%、超声温度40℃、超声时间48 min。在此条件下,粗茶油和茶皂素的得率分别为15.96%±0.40%和12.91%±0.78%。 Tea oil and tea saponins from tea seed meal were extracted by ultrasound assisted extraction.Taking the yield of crude tea oil and tea saponins as indicators,the extraction process was optimized by response surface methodology based on single factor experiments.The results showed that the optimal extraction process was solid-liquid ratio 1∶20(g/mL),ethanol to petroleum ether volume ratio 3∶7,ethanol volume fraction 55%,ultrasound temperature 40℃,and ultrasound time 48 min.Under these conditions,the yields of crude tea oil and tea saponins were 15.96%±0.40%and 12.91%±0.78%,respectively.
