信息化与工业化融合能否促进企业出口“增量提质”?

Can the integration of informatization and industrialization promote the growth and quality of enterprise exports?

在逆全球化背景下,基于数字经济的迅速崛起,推动信息化与工业化融合发展以实现出口贸易的“增量提质”,不仅是中国经济高质量发展的重中之重,更是打造出口竞争新优势与构筑高水平国际循环模式的关键所在。引入双重差分模型,综合评估了两化融合对企业出口数量与质量的影响强度及内在作用机制。研究发现:首先,两化融合显著促进了企业出口“增量提质”,这一效应在外资参与、产权保护程度高、一般贸易、高新技术及规模大的企业中更为显著;其次,两化融合可以通过产品转换、行业竞争与创新等路径促进“增量提质”。此外,讨论了两化融合“增量提质”效应对环境外部性的影响,研究发现,两化融合在促进企业出口“增量提质”的过程中,实现了企业生产效益和环境效益的“双改进”。研究结论为推进信息化与工业化深度融合、优化出口贸易结构提供了政策启示。

In the context of deglobalization and the rapid rise of the digital economy,the integration of informatization and industrialization has become essential to enhancing the quantity and quality of export trade.This is not only paramount for China s high-quality economic development but also key to creating new competitive advantages in exports and establishing a high-level international circulation model.This paper utilizes a difference-in-differences model to evaluate the effects of informatization and industrialization integration on export quantity and quality in terms of strength and mechanism involved.The study finds that,first,the integration significantly promotes the quantity and quality of enterprise exports.It exerts significant differentiated impacts on enterprises with foreign investment,high-tech orientation,engaged in general trade,having a high degree of property rights protection,and of large scale.Second,the integration facilitates growth in quantity and quality through product transformation,industry competition,and innovation.This paper further considers the effects of the integration on environmental externalities and finds a Pareto improvement in production and environmental benefits during the process of enhancing export quantity and quality.The findings have policy implications for advancing the deep integration of informatization and industrialization and optimizing export trade structures.
