栝蒌桂枝汤结合头针治疗小儿癫痫临床研究

目的:观察栝蒌桂枝汤联合头针治疗小儿癫痫的疗效。方法:82例随机分为对照组39例和联合组43例,对照组予以常规治疗,联合组予以栝蒌桂枝汤联合头针治疗。结果:联合组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组GFAP、S-100β水平均低于治疗前(P<0.05),且联合组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组中医证候积分均低于治疗前(P<0.05),且联合组低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:栝蒌桂枝汤结合头针治疗小儿癫痫能够提高疗效。

Objective:To observe the efficacy of Gualou Guizhi Decoction combined with scalp acupuncture in the treatment of pediatric epilepsy.Methods:Eighty-two patients were randomly divided into a control group(39 cases)and a combined treatment group(43 cases).The control group received conventional treatment,while the combined treatment group received Gualou Guizhi Decoction combined with scalp acupuncture.Results:The total effective rate in the combined treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,GFAP and S-100βlevels in both groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the levels in the combined treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Additionally,the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores in both groups were lower after treatment compared to before(P<0.05),with the scores in the combined treatment group lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Gualou Guizhi Decoction combined with scalp acupuncture could improve the efficacy in the treatment of pediatric epilepsy.
