肿瘤浸润淋巴细胞在儿童骨和软组织肉瘤中的作用

ROLE OF TUMOR-INFILTRACTING LYMPHOCYTES IN BONE AND SOFT TISSUE SARCOMAS IN CHILDREN

目的探讨肿瘤相关淋巴细胞(TILs)在儿童骨肉瘤(OS)和软组织肉瘤(STS)中的作用。方法回顾性收集34例OS和STS患儿临床资料,检测其手术切除肿瘤石蜡组织样本肿瘤微环境(TME)中CD_(3)、CD_(4)和CD_(8)的表达,分析其表达水平与患儿临床特征和疗效的相关性。结果CD_(3)、CD_(4)、CD_(8)在肿瘤内部、浸润边缘、肿瘤周边等区域有不同程度的表达,其表达水平与肿瘤组织学分级相关(P<0.05),与年龄、性别、肿瘤大小等无关(P>0.05)。高密度的CD_(4)^(+)T、CD_(8)^(+)T细胞患者应用免疫药物后其生存期明显延长(P<0.01)。结论TILs的富集可以促进免疫反应,为OS和STS患儿的免疫治疗和预后评估提供重要参考。

Objective To investigate the role of tumor-associated lymphocytes(TILs)in osteosarcoma(OS)and soft tissue sarcoma(STS)in children.Methods A retrospective collection of clinical data was conducted on 34 children with OS and STS.TThe expressions of CD_(3),CD_(4)and CD_(8)in the tumor microenvironment(TME)of paraffin tissue samples were detected,and the correlation between the expression levels and the clinical characteristics and curative effect of the children was analyzed.Results CD_(3),CD_(4),and CD_(8)were expressed in different degrees in the tumor interior,infiltrating margin,and surrounding areas,and their expression levels were correlated with tumor histological grade(P<0.05),but not with age,sex,and tumor size(P>0.05).The survival of high-density CD_(4)^(+)T and CD_(8)^(+)T cell patients was significantly prolonged after the application of immune drugs(P<0.01).Conclusion The enrichment of TILs can promote the immune response and provide important reference for immunotherapy and prognosis evaluation of children with OS and STS.
