助产士核心胜任力现状及提高对策研究进展

Research progress on the current situation and improving strategies of core competency of midwives

助产士在保障母婴安全、降低孕产妇死亡率等方面发挥着重要作用。目前各国助产事业面临严峻挑战,加强助产士队伍和能力建设,提升助产士核心胜任力水平刻不容缓。本文综述了助产士核心胜任力的概念、现状、影响因素以及提高对策,旨在为推动助产教育、提高助产服务质量,为管理者和教育者后续制定以核心胜任力为导向的助产人才培养方案和助产专业规范化培训提供参考。

Midwives play an important role in ensuring the safety of mothers and children and in reducing maternal mortality.Currently,midwifery in various contries is facing great challenges and it is imperative that we strengthen core competencies midwifery,improve capacity and improcore competency of midwives.This paper reviews the concept,current situation,influencing factors and interventions for improving midwives'core competency,with the aim of promoting midwifery education,improving the quality of midwifery services and providing a reference for managers and educators to subsequently formulate core competency-based midwifery education programs and standardized midwifery education.
