不同条件下水工混凝土抗压及抗拉强度

摘要 对不同条件下水工混凝土的抗压强度试验、劈裂抗拉强度试验和抗压弹性模量进行了试验研究。结果表明:通过调整外加剂、粉煤灰掺量,力学性能显著提升,其中粉煤灰掺量为40%左右时的强度依旧高于未掺粉煤灰的基准混凝土;养护龄期为90 d时,粉煤灰掺量适宜的各组粉煤灰混凝土具有与基准混凝土大致相同的力学性能,而进一步延长养护龄期至180 d时,粉煤灰混凝土试验组强度已经高于基准组;掺入粉煤灰可有效缓解混凝土水化反应导致的结构内部温度升高问题。 Compressive strength test,splitting tensile strength test and compressive elastic modulus test of hydraulic concrete were carried out under different conditions.The results show that the strength performance can be significantly improved by adjusting the admixture and fly ash content.The strength at about 40%fly ash content is still higher than the reference concrete without fly ash.When the curing age is 90 days,the strength of each group of fly ash concrete with appropriate content of fly ash performs similarly to that of the reference concrete.When the curing age is further extended to 180 days,the strength of the test group of fly ash concrete is greater than that of the reference group,and the addition of fly ash can effectively buffer the rise of the internal temperature of the structure caused by the concrete spray reaction.
